You or your loved one an abortion provider or work with one?
Apparently, its now legal to shoot one in the face at a place of worship to prevent any potential unborn from being harmed.
In my book, this was first degree murder and terrorism. Pre-meditated. For decades. In the judges book, (update: its possible its...) involuntary manslaughter. Because, you know, there was simply no other choice than walking into a church at mass and shooting someone in the face. If you live in Kansas, don't stand too close to a doctor, you could get the ricochet.

So how is allowing the defense to argue that an expression of his constitutional rights? They could also be allowed to argue involuntary manslaughter? Self defense? But, none of these things apply, so... they shouldn't be?
