Witness the Bush Body Count

Video evidence has surfaced that reveals Bush was warned in no uncertain terms of a levee breech before the hurricane hit land and also warned that FEMA was not prepared to handle the "grave" situation.
"I want to make absolutely clear to everyone that the greatest potential for large loss of live is in the coastal areas"

[...]

"We're going to need everything that we can possibly muster, not only in this state and in the region, but the nation, to respond to this event," Brown warned. He called the storm "a bad one, a big one" and implored federal agencies to cut through red tape to help people, bending rules if necessary. "Go ahead and do it," [Mike] Brown said. "I'll figure out some way to justify it. ... Just let them yell at me.""

[...]

Max Mayfield, head of the National Hurricane Center, said during a briefing there was "very, very grave concern" that New Orleans' levees could be topped by Katrina.
What did Bush do with these warnings and appeals for help?   He a.) ignored them. and b.) lied about ever receiving them.   He knew people were going to be dying in the streets. When the dying people were screaming for help from their rooftops, Bush lied about it.
"I don't think anybody anticipated the breech of the levees" - George W. Bush, four days after Hurricane Katrina devestated the people of New Orleans
It's past time to storm the white house and arrest that incompetent murderous liar.
