there is a stupid advertisement, in ENGLISH, on the BBC, that is supposed to be about Afghanistan's new mobile phone company. Who, for heaven's sake, is supposed to see this?
Poor afghans that cant understand english, that cant read and write their own language, that don't have electricity, televisions, satellite receivers, and mobiles?
or the american voters?
let's see when the silly advertisement with "liberated" women will stop suddenly after the 2nd of Nov.

I presume that means BBC America? That isn't the BBC it's an American cable channel that broadcasts BBC programs? What's the difference? The BBC does not broadcast adverts unless they are news. So why would BBC America be advertising the Afghanistan mobile phone service? To show people that Greedy White Boy hasn't wasted every last penny he has spent on his foreign imperialist adventures of course.

Karzai does. And I bet he will be glad to hear about the new service. Almost all the Dyncorp employees do, and if they are qualified, they can get hired even if they live in England. And Blackwater, and Sandline, and all the people who have no paper trail to UnoCal at ALL anymore so stop saying they do, they all speak English and love to talk on the phone. It is great to hear that such good progress is being made in Afghanistan.

Whoever thought they'd be having elections! I loved hearing about them. Some of the Afghans love democracy so much they voted for Karzai 20 times!

They need to root out that Qanooni and bring him to justice. He hates democracy.
